These Terms govern your use of AIAMI (the “App”) and this website (the “Site”). By using AIAMI, you agree to these Terms.

1) Use of AIAMI

  • You are responsible for the content you enter into the App and how you use outputs.
  • Do not use AIAMI for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the App or its services.

2) Your content

You retain ownership of your journal entries, notes, and files you add. AIAMI is designed to store your data locally on your device by default.

3) AI features and third-party providers

AIAMI may connect to third-party AI providers (depending on what you select in settings) to generate responses. When you use these features, the provider may process the text (and any attachments) you submit for that request under their own terms and policies.

4) Not medical, legal, or financial advice

AIAMI can help you write, reflect, plan, and track spending, but it does not provide professional advice. Any output is for informational purposes only. You are responsible for decisions you make.

5) Reminders and notifications

Reminders depend on device settings (battery optimization, notification permissions, Focus/Do Not Disturb, and OS restrictions). We do not guarantee that notifications will always be delivered on time or at all.

6) Purchases and subscriptions

If AIAMI offers paid features, purchases are handled through the App Store / Google Play. Your purchase may be subject to the store’s terms. Subscription management (cancellation, renewal) is handled through your store account.

7) Availability

  • The App and Site are provided “as is” and may change over time.
  • We may suspend or limit access to protect users, comply with law, or improve reliability.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIAMI and its publisher will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or losses resulting from your use of the App or Site.

9) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AIAMI after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
